customer service from the team was next level!!

Where do I start, customer service from the team at Henrys Hondas was next level. William looked after me from start to finish. Took out all the stresses of sorting everything out for me so all I had to do was read and sign the paperwork and was handed my new car at the end of it all.

Personally I had never heard of them before hand, they are genuinely so friendly and it’s a family run business. More people need to know about them.

I’m leaving this review so that people buying their car can buy with confidence knowing they will be well looked after. Thanks from my family to the team for your warm welcome and help throughout the process. See you when it’s time for an upgrade.

A really positive experience. Helpful, attentive staff member Bobby MacDonald was very knowledgable. There was no pressure to buy but he took a good deal of time explaining about the various aspects of the car with which i was unfamiliar. I have not had an automatic car beforehand. He patiently and thoroughly explained everything about the car, the infotainment system and the satnav. Bobby was friendly and courteous. He answered my questions fully and nothing was too much trouble for him. This was a thoroughly positive experience and i would have no hesitation in recommending Henry’s Hondas on Titwood Road and Bobby in particular for his excellent customer service.

Best car buying experience ever!!! popped into have a look at a car we had seen online, met William who was extremely helpful, chatty and put us at ease, he talked us through trade-in and purchase for new car, none of the usual pressure to buy which was very much appreciated, delighted with new car and can't recommend Henry's highly enough.

We have been very happy with our recent purchase of our Honda Jazz from Henrys Honda. Not only is it an excellent car, we were also very happy with the sales process. Fraser Cassels looked after us very well; he took us through the various options of the sale and took time to demonstrate the car, and at no point did we feel pressured or hurried. I was recommended Henrys by a friend who also had a great experience with them. Bobby McDonald was great at taking me through the cars specs and history when I first came to view the car. Upon pick up he was very thorough going through the cars system. You can tell it’s a family run business by the level of attention and care they provide.
